Spin PokéStops and Gyms
Every spin has a chance to drop Poké Balls, Potions, Revives, and even Raid Passes. Spinning a PokéStop for 7 consecutive days earns a guaranteed bonus drop on day 7.
Collect the free daily box
In the in-game Shop, a free item box is available every day. It typically contains a few Poké Balls or Incubators — never skip it.
Open gifts from friends
Friends who have spun a PokéStop can send you gifts containing items and Stardust. The more friends you have, the more gifts arrive daily. Build your friend list through community Discord servers or the official subreddit.
Complete Field Research tasks
Stamp tasks found at PokéStops fill a weekly "Research Breakthrough" that rewards Stardust, XP, and rare Pokémon encounters. Field Research tasks themselves also reward items.
